Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Returns must be requested within 31 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in new condition only. This means products should be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at help@boozy.co.uk and we will provide the next steps.
Return methods
Returns may be made:

> at a drop-off location, where applicable and where return instructions have been provided
Return label
Customers are responsible for arranging their own return label.
Return costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage / return shipping.
Restocking fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
