HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

For reliability, all our orders are delivered using the Amazon fulfilment network. We want to provide the best possible experience for our customers, hence we are now sending ALL orders with Amazon's Expedited 1-2 Day Tracked Shipping service. (These timings may vary with deliveries for Northern Ireland and Channel Isles)

For deliveries under £50; the cost is £7, and delivery will be 1-2 days from dispatch (usually 1 day).

For orders over £50; we offer free delivery.

A single order can only be delivered to one address, no matter how many boxes it includes. If ordering for multiple addresses, different orders must be made.

WHEN DO YOU DISPATCH ITEMS?

 If orders are placed before 09:00AM (MON-WED), we aim to dispatch the items the same day, so that they arrive the next day. If you miss the cut-off, we still may be able to get them out the same day, however we can't promise this.

For WEEKEND deliveries orders must be made before 12:00pm on THURSDAY (Arriving FRIDAY)

Items ordered after the cut-off on FRIDAY, or on the WEEKENDS, will be delivered from the following TUESDAY.

SATURDAY DELIVERIES ARE NOT GUARANTEED IF NOT SPECIFIED OTHERWISE!

WHERE DO BOOZY DELIVER TO?

We deliver to most of Mainland UK via our delivery services, excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and The Hebrides. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification stating that it’s on it’s way to be delivered to you with a specific date. This email will also contain instructions on how to track your parcel. On the day of delivery Amazon Fulfilment Services (or Swisship) will send out an email and text notification (if you’ve provided us with your details) with the allocated time slot for delivery.

If you're away from home at the point of delivery Amazon Fulfilment Services (or Swisship) will leave a calling card with information on where they left the parcel I.e., in a safe place or with a neighbour (Amazon Fulfilment Services (or Swisship will only do either of these if you have given them the instruction to do so). Along with that, you will receive a SMS notification as well as an Email with a rescheduled delivery for the next day. 

Please note that Amazon Fulfilment Services (or Swisship) will attempt to deliver a parcel twice, after which they will await further instruction from you for up to 2 days. If no instructions are given the parcel will be sent back. (NOTE: we are not obliged to issue refunds on parcels that have been returned to the consignor after the 2 delivery attempts and waiting period have passed and no contact has been attempted. This is due to the perishable nature of our product. To prevent this from happening make sure you input the right contact details and check your email for any notifications!)
